An Undiscovered Oasis

Just two hours south of San Diego, the Punta Banda peninsula – which forms the southern lip of the nearly 10 mile wide Bay of Ensenada – is truly an undiscovered oasis. Most Baja travellers zip right by going north or south, not even knowing what they’re missing. You take a 90 degree turn west off the transpeninsula highway, then, five or more miles later, you’re in our neighborhood.

“Our neighborhood” is a treasure of natural delights and tranquility. We have a large community of beachside homes – sales & rentals – on one of the most spectacular wide white sand beaches anywhere in “the Californias.” We have homes perched on the peninsula hilltops, with unobstructed 180 degree plus views down the coastline to the south and to the north. We go to sleep at night watching the lights of Ensenada Bay. People here are genuinely friendly and there’s a wonderful community spirit. Check out regional photos in the gallery below, then check out our property listings and give us a call!

Baja Mexico auto insuranceClick the logo above for the service we recommend for Mexico auto insurance. Mexico requires auto liability insurance and US auto policies are not valid. The service we recommend uses A-Rated Mexican companies that are subsidiaries of US firms. Inexpensive policies are available on annual, semi-annual or short-term basis.

Click the logo below for the Punta Banda Community Facebook page, which has over 1000 members. While not affiliated with our real estate service, it has regular posts about events and activities here in our peninsula neighborhood, Punta Banda to La Bufadora. Google for Facebook groups for nearby Valle de Guadelupe and Rosarito.
